Returns + Exchanges
We only accept a return in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product. If you consider an item to be faulty or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details and photos.
Please note that returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing email@example.com. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that your parcel must be received by Matte & Moss within 7 days of this information being provided.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and additional postage charges for any replacements may apply.
There are strictly no returns accepted on change of mind or sale items.
